Bereavement Group for Suicide Survivors

The death of a loved one by suicide presents unique problems in grieving. Along with the shock and sorrow that accompany the sudden loss of someone vitally important to us, there is often a greater sense of bewilderment, helplessness, guilt, and even anger towards a person who has taken their own life.

Offered by the Buckelew Suicide Prevention Program, Survivors of Suicide: Allies for Hope offers a safe and supportive space to recover. The group meets virtually on the 2nd Wednesday of every month, from 7-8:30 PM. The next meeting is on December 9. To participate, call (415) 492-0614 or email sosinfo@buckelew.org.
