The Solano County California chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness is a grass roots, self-help, support and advocacy non-profit organization dedicated to improving and helping families and individuals affected by mental illness. Nami Solano is in Northern California, NAMI Solano County includes the communities of Dixon, Vacaville, Fairfield, Vallejo and as well as other communities within Napa County.

Our education programs provide the tools, awareness and coping skills needed to overcome the challenges faced by people and families affected by mental illness.

We offer support groups facilitated by trained family members and individuals who have firsthand experience coping with mental illness.
Outreach
We strive to end discrimination and stigma for all those persons affected by mental illness through broader education and collaboration with the whole community.
Advocacy
We advocate for the rights of those living with mental illness and their families on the local, state and national levels, striving to raise awareness of mental health issues and improve access to quality care.
